Thank you for purchasing a painting from NatesPaints! Your painting(s) will ship once payment is cleared. For trade payments, once the trade has arrived and accepted, your painting will be shipped during normal Monday-Thursday timeline and tracking will be be provided to you.
From time to time, trades aren’t accepted. In those situations, we will notify you to discuss the issue. Shipping will be sent back to the trade being made. Your trade will be returned to you within 48 hours or the following Monday, weather permitting. I don’t care to ship out on Fridays because we live in a small mountain town and packages usually sit over the weekend at that location.
If the trade item is damaged or not functional, I will not make the trade for a painting. I am not responsible for paying for shipping on your end of the deal. We both pay for shipping and that is the deal. If you send something damaged, I am not paying for shipping on your behalf. I will pay to have it shipped back to the original owner.
